Refund Policy
At Sab Kharido, customer satisfaction is our priority. Refund requests may be accepted in cases where a product is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description. Customers must raise a refund request within 7 days of delivery through their account or by contacting customer support.
Once the request is reviewed and approved by the seller/vendor and Sab Kharido team, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refund eligibility may vary depending on the product category and seller policies.
Products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or items marked as non-refundable are not eligible for refunds. Sab Kharido reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the applicable refund conditions.
