Estimated delivery timelines may vary based on product availability, seller location, courier services, and the destination address. Most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days, while deliveries to remote or rural areas may require additional time.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed. Certain products may qualify for free shipping based on promotional offers, seller policies, or minimum order values.

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive shipment details and tracking information through email, SMS, or their account dashboard, allowing them to monitor the status of their delivery.

While Sab Kharido works with trusted logistics partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such situations, we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed about the status of their orders.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Sab Kharido shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses, incomplete contact details, or the unavailability of the recipient at the delivery location.

If a package is received in a damaged condition, customers should report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs and order details for prompt assistance.
